If You Had Unlimited Bricks...

Hey all,

If You Had Unlimited Bricks what would you make. Please say something that would not take your whole life to make (like a life sized Death Star ). Here is what I would do.

I like the Harry Potter books. And my reason for liking them is Rowling goes very in depth in describing the places. I think that making a Hogwarts would be so fun seeing she has explained so much.

I would use LEGO's style for making the Castle. The back have no back. I would probably make it 24 studs wide and very, very long. A cool thing to do would make it be able to fold up so it would have a back. The Great Hall would probably be larger then the rest of the Castle since it is only one floor.

The grounds would be a blast to make. Mostly the forest. I've always liked making trees. Making Brick Built monsters would be a blast also. Besides the forest there's the Quditch Pitch. And then the Town of Hogsmede.

Good topic. I've always dreamed about this.

I would make large and detailed structures to complete my fan-fic "The Journey" including: egyptian tomb, time machine, indian village, underground mine, western fortress, aztec temple.

I also fancied to make a corridor of an ancient temple with motor operated booby traps.

If I can have a myriad of black bricks, I would make a dark fortress surrounded by a moat of lava (similar to the one in Shrek). I would call it Thanatopia.

This one's impossible no matter how many bricks you have. As a kid I fancied to make a crystal palace out of nothing but trans-clear bricks.

And lastly I will make a great ship so that I can be a man, according to Soren.

Big spaceship including fully working lifts, more than 100 minifigs as a crew, mechas running down the corridor, that kind of thing ^^

Also, huge castle-scene would be nice..

I would build a trade federation base, with hundreds of droids. Man, that would be SO good.

build all of Kamino with a gazillion clone troopers and training areas and stuff fer like clone commandos and stuff.

I would make (this is mostly transit stuff, so i don't think you would get it ):

scaled TTC Orion VII, VI, and V.

scaled TTC Mark I RT cars,
scaled TTC H6 subway cars,
STM Métro cars,
Nova LFS,
and just for fun, a Seimens-Duwag u2 trolley.

On the other hand, THIS ONE at the BF'05 would be nice to make ^^ That thing is huge!

I saw that one too, it's amazing, especially how the builder used SNOT gray tiles for the castle wall.

I would build a SW dreadnought , minifig size (all in old colors!). with the whole works- fighters, shuttles, 300 minifigs and turrets.

I would build a minifig scale of the us military, im talking about infantry, armor, aircraft, navy ships, everything it would rock.

If i had unlimited bricks i would build a city...big one...about 15.000 minifigs and everything that goes with it...large airport, seaport, marina, police, firefighters, EMS, and loads of other buildings. All together of about 50x50 m2.

i would go for an minifig sized star destroyer. (or the republic ship, not sure) working elevators and stuff like that.

I would either build:

A full sized minifig-scale naval battleship, with guns that move and everything
A Republic class battleship (thats ER stuff.....) with working lifts
A military base with hundreds of clones and marines

I would build this one ship I've been wanting to build for forever. Only even bigger since I would have unlimited bricks. I already have a huge interior like totally planned in my head.

It'd have:
Hangar
Bunkrooms (4: men's and women's officers' and non-officers')
Galley (small bunkroom attached: the cook has to get up early each shift)
Engineering (the door would have the gears symbol sticker off the Uplink EF mech)
Armory
Storage
Doctor's room
Lab
Bathrooms
All the turrets would have rooms under them
Huge bridge
Hallways
A viewing platform above the hangar
a workout room
an escape pod room
airlocks where there's a good place

I would personally build the ultimate Lego metropolis, with buildings reaching 10ft tall, all the way to sewers filled with rats the size of Hummers, and a splendid Mountain that is snowcapped, with a large sea surrouding it all.
