Hey folks, since I've set a Moc Madness contest deadline of April 30th, I'm going to start accepting ideas for the next contest. The idea must be practical and not boring (i.e. no build a house contest, no make the biggest ship contest, no paint the brick purple contest  ). I'm thinking of a vignette contest or the ROTS alternative model contest or a Mini-Robot/Droid contest. Remember, you can use any moc that are yours in the appropriate contest. We will vote on ideas after we have a winner for the Moc Madness contest. And there will be a real and tangible prize to the winner of a contest. |

Vignettes should work. They are pretty new and fast growing area which could be nice idea to build. And when next contest is up, please give ending day. For Viggies, about 3-4 weeks are best.

How about a video game MOC contest? Split it into 3 categories:
1. Best Video Game Mini-Fig
2. Best Video Game Vehicle
3. Best Video Game Scene.

Video games sound cool. Maybe we could make a LEGO video game system, not just making a LEGO Xbox, but designing our own system and making it out of LEGOs.  |

Or perhaps "your favorite moment in the game" as vignette. That should work rather nicely. Of course, it is not about the game, it is what the atmosphere the MOC has.

Vignette is small, about 6*6 or 8*8 platform where you build small "scene". See lugnet for examples.
