Review: I'll begin with stating that this set has much more posability than I expected in a five dollar set. The missiles swing side-to-side and rotate 360 degrees. The laser cannon-type weapon also swings side-to-side. The arms move up and down, as do the mounts for the arms. The legs move side to side, and have some basic click-hinges for forward and backward bending. The feet do not bend side-to-side, however, to move up and down.
The vehicle is piloted using two joysticks/levers. The pilot itself is less juniorized than I thought. Its hand and arms are seperate pieces. The hands are the ultra-useful Dock Ock claws, and the arms are new pieces. The legs are actually two seperate legs, rather than one leg piece. The head and body, however, are connected. The red eyes, are actually made up of a single red technic pin which is inserted into the back of the head. The bot is my favorite part of the set. However, I do not like how the pilot is exposed and has no sort of armor on the front or anything. Another thing I didn't like was all of the stickers in the set (14 Stickers total). I could imagine attaching the caution sticker to a previously un-caution'd LEGO piece would be useful for warnings on various areas where you can't easily attack a caution-tile.
Pros:
Excellent Bot
New Bot Arms
Dock Ock Claws
Posability
Low Price Point
Sturdy Construction
Interchangable Weaponry
Cons:
No Pilot Protection (BIG Con)
Lots of Stickers
Parts: 9/10
Mini-Fig: 8/10
Posability: 9/10
Weapons: 8/10
Armor: 5/10
Price: 10/10
Reviewer Satisfaction: 8/10
Overall: 8.14/10
