For how long have you been active in the online lego community (mocpages, b-shelf, lego forums, etc.)? I ask this question because my 1st anniversary with the online lego community is around this time.
Here's my time line: a year ago- I explored Lego Club online August 2, 2004- I discovered and signed up at B-shelf and MOCpages August 8, 2004- I was introduced to BL by Keith Goldman (after I asked him where he got his bricks) and signed up for BL membership December 12, 2004- I joined LAML after being invited by Jamit

Hups. I was going to put 2 years, not 6 months. My timeline:
2 years: Founded some LEGO sites. VERY old ones. about 1,5 years: Founded LUGNET + MOCPages + BrickShelf about 1 year: Signed in to 'Shelf and MOCPages. about 6 months: Signed to the LAML.

I put 3 years. I know it's been at least 2, plus about another half year. That's when I first became active on FBTB. However, I'd been viewing Brickshelf, and looking at LUGNET for a long time before that. Quite possibly 4 year... or more.

Should I say that Jails and me are the "old bitter veterans" here? ^^

Should I say that Jails and me are the "old bitter veterans" here? ^^ -Q Well that depends on what you veiw as "active". I have been using the net and LEGO for about 4 years (give a bit). However, I was not a member of anything. This is my time line. 4 years ago I found Building Empires. The links led me to FBTB. 3 years ago I found and signed up for Brickshelf. 2 and 2/3 years ago I signed up at FBTB 2 and 1/2 years ago I signed up at GB 2 years ago (it was 2, right?) I founded LAML So I've been at least 3, and depending on what you call "active", maybe 4. Edit: I'm actualy not sure about the FBTB/GB/LAML dates. I could be one year of with them. I'm sure Jail will have a better memery then me.

Man, I just realized something. It was 3 years ago for me joining FBTB. Well, this is my third summer. Therefor, since I joined on January 1st, it's a 3.5 years active on forums. Plus easily 2 years I'd known about Brickshelf and various online sites...

I have been a member of Lugnet for about a year ( although I actually signed up about 7 months before I got my membership. A computer glitch). from Lugnet I branched out to Brickshelf. I have been looking at forums and personal site for about 3 years.

Over 4 years. In december 2000 or so I discovered TFN, Lugnet, and various other things. In 2001, I think I was permanently banned from FBTB by Tim in 2002, I was doing other things with Lego and the Internet in 2003, I think that's when the Adm Matthew stuff happened.... When FBTB moved to a new forum (PHP) I registered, and De was gracious enough to give me another chance. Now, I visit pretty much everywhere I can, when I remember where I want to go All those years are guesses. I can't remember the exact dates.
