The bricks are the currency used on LAML. Here are ways to earn/spend bricks. Note: this list may be amended anytime by Nannan, distributor of the bricks.

Generally you will have a chance to possibly receive bricks by contributing to LAML. Examples:

• +1 (automatically) per post
  
• mentioning a new term to be added to LAML's glossary.
  
• posting good MOCs or good fan fics
  
• winning a contest or MotW
  
• +25 Bricks for intruducing yourself (new members only)
  
• writing a meaningful set review
  
• completing the scavenger hunt
  
• notable action
  

Ways to spend:

• -5 buying a message on the "info and announcements" board. Message will stay up for at least 3 days.
  
• -10 buying a link on the "info and announcements" board to a LAML page. Link will stay up for at least 3 days.
  
• -10 buying a sticky shout on the shout box. Message will stay up for at least 3 days.
  
• -50 decal request
  
• -100 custom title (placed under member rank)
  
• -100 buying a password to a scavenger hunt board (must have proof of unlocking the previous board)
  
• -250 random sig feature for your profile (a random sig from a group of sigs will be shown on each one of your posts, see my posts). You may use up to two sigs.
  
• -50 each additional sig used in random sig feature.
  
• -2500 receiving a free MISB set of $20 value (choose from 4733, 3537, 8778, or 4744). Offer expires Sep. 2006 or one year after member's joining date since Sep. 2005.
• misconduct or violation of LAML rules
