See the whole discussion here.Personally, I'm in favour of having a small fee to use Brickshelf. As long as it's fairly low ($5-15 a year), I'd go for it easily. Personally, I'd love to see it be a lifetime deal such as LUGNET, but if that were to be the case it would run out quickly. Also, I believe a good start would be to create image size limits, and restrict .bmp files unless they are tiny files such as torso stickers. That would likely save a fair bit of space. -John "J1A3L5" Langrish.

I can always re-upload all the pics from my PC. You'll have to use the same procedure to migrate the pics to maj anyways, right? I'm going to sit and watch the events unfold.
The discussion is confounding, not as clear as Sean Kenney's honeymoon adventure article.

New topic about b-shelf:
Is it me or does it take forever to load a plethora of pics onto a folder? I just load one pic, browse a site, come back, load another, post at LAML, repeat...
Does anyone have a more efficient way to pass the suffering?

Well, Nannan, to solve your problem you could load all of your pics into a zipped folder and upload it. Thats what I do, and it requires only one upload. Sometimes it might say it didn't work, but it still always does... hmmm... anyway, that's it.

I have the same problem. That's why I use Photobucket for my comic since I don't really need a Bshelf folder.

Zip files work great, I'd be hopeless without it. I've always used it for pictures, even if it's only a couple. Just remember it does it without folders.
It appears Kevin decided to keep Brickshelf as it is...a good sign, to be sure.

Some changes are there still. I think the ad-program is bit updated and the search function works better.

Yeah, the ads are definitely updated. It displays a 2 image high one now, as well as long skinny ones across the top...the double height ones annoy me greatly. I guess donations are the only way, at least for right now.
