LEGO and more LEGO now has a new skin  We are still working on some of the icons and a few things. But it should all be finished in a week. You may have noticed that the boards have been rearranged with some new categories. This is basically so we don't have so many board in one category and to give laml a cleaner feel. We are also hoping to create a new board soon And don't think I'm some kind of new admin. I was just promoted to make this skin. I'll be gone soon... no need to worry about 17Godzilla bossing you around. Enjoy, You guys deserve it - 17Godzilla |

I know forums alot better then you kim. Considering I moderate at like 4 forums. I think I know what spam is... and replys like that are just as bad.

Why did that facilitate such a rude response? I (used to) moderate/admin several forums. Now, I only run a single (non-LEGO) forum, though my job was mostly setting it up, and getting it started, then I faded away, since I was doing it for a friend. I also regularly visit and post on a variety of fairly major forums, and a few smaller ones too, and have for a few years now. To me, a single emoticon is most definitely spam. The response is more suited to a chatroom, or instant message than a forum. It's similar to posting a response like "cool" or "lol", in my opinion. -------------------------------------- Anyway, the forum is pretty good. Not overly LEGO-like, although the use of the Fibblesnork background is great. The tones all match, and looks great. The only suggestion I'd made is to change the new post indicators to LEGO-styled ones too - Once you leave the index page, they revert to the folder styled images. -John "J1A3L5" Langrish. |
