LAML needs two more mods for the Poll Booth and the Set Reviews boards. You must be an elite member (80 posts) and have the staff's approval to be a mod.
We need someone creative to make new polls in the Poll Booth.
We need someone organized to manage the set reviews. (job description will be included)
If you would like to be the mod of another board, please tell me good reasons why that board needs a mod.

I'm very organized. Which is why I like to use proper grammar, like many do. As you can see from my ARC review, I like to organize my reviews section by section. laml.proboards3.com/index.cgi?board=reviews&action=display&n=1&thread=782 (bottom thread) I will, to make the Set Review board more organized, I will modify members' posts and place a set number (if they didn't already), which many people like. I will post as much reviews as I can, old or new sets. I will try to make the Set Review board as organized as possible.  Plus, in case people don't know of a set, I will post a picture and/or link to it, as well as a price range. Also, I will find latest set news. The reason why I like to be organized, is the fact that when things are messy, chaos goes around. I don't like that, and try hard to prevent it. So, I will be loyal to LAML, and help out as much as I can, as well as staying active. - Evan "Sz_2cool4u2b" S. |

How about a Karma requirement, something simple like 1 Karma. Mods should be liked. Just a thought.  |

We admins can alter karma, that's why you saw Jamit's karma was all the way down to -999,999,999 for a time. |

Heh, for that matter I don't think applications should be used to choose staff either. In this case I guess it's fine, but it lets far too many people get the idea that they can easily be a staff member. (Who shouldn't be) Come to think of it, I don't even see us needing any more staff members. Meh, I don't run the place, it's not my choice.
