Reasons for joining: Looks like a really cool site,very clean layout.
Themes I build: space and misc.
Experience with LEGO: 1 1/2 years.
About me: Well,don't know how interesting this will be: I am a totally disabled Vietnam vet.Two tours: first was eight months at Phu-Bai;second was at DaNang.I was in the Naval Seabees,our motto was 'We build,We fight.'And did we ever fight.
: I have been collecting and building with Lego for only about 1 1/2 years now.I am mostly still in the procurment stage.Unfortunately my monthly disability check gets stretched so far that my wife usually does not have any to give me for my allowance, anymore.But,I try and I am enjoying it.My wife originally bought a small plastic bag,at a yard sale,filled with Lego.My first look at it and for the first time since I came home from 'nam,I got interested in this stuff.The only thing,outside of my wife and kids,that I have gotten interested in enough to call it a full time hobby.And an excellent 'self-therapy'.Now,if a really nice rich AFOL would donate some............lol.

I thought when you said LOL and asked for money that you were just trying to make it sound like you were just trying to get cash by pretending to be a Nam Vet. It was merely a misunderstanding, it was midnight here and I was kind of tired. Again, I am really sorry.
