Well Runescape is a massive 3d multiplayer adventure, with monsters to kill, quests to complete, and treasure to win. I love it! But before you play read this, it will help out alot. Has any body else played it? Did ya like it? Why? |

I usually play Runescape Classic.. Y'know, the older one.

i play it somtimes, kinda fun, it would be nice if u could do everything no matter if u paid or not. rather fun game tho. mom banned me from it tho, oh well. it was fun being a mage, yeh ball busting earth strikes!

Take it from me, Dungeon Siege is the best game ever! RuneScape is crap.... Woot! A fellow fan! I love Legends of Aranna even more. Awesomeness. Unfortunately, for a reason I am yet to discover, the game refuses to run properly on my new (had it since the beginning of the summer though,) computer. I really don't know why...(2.8ghz, 256mb geforce video card, 512 RAM, etc..) I can't wait for Dungeon Siege II to come out, it looks awesome. Hopefully it will work for me... Did you play it online much? I never really got into that for some reason. -John "J1A3L5" L, who wishes Dungeon Siege would work for him. |

I played online for a bit when my friends played it online, but when they stopped I stopped. I like the game better then the online game. Thats weird, it should work on your comp, have you tried looking on the net for help? |

I played a couple of times with my friends online, but unfortunately they had slow internet so it didn't work out to well. I tried a bit, though I must admit, it was a far from thorough search. I'm sure it's a video card disagreement: The game loads and plays, except menus (Besides the mainscreen,) and all in-game screens flicker and have lines and stuff they shouldn't. In my opinion, that is all a video card problem...though all other games I have tried on this computer have run perfectly well. -John "J1A3L5" L. |

Jail, Runescape uses Java which has nothing to do with video cards..
Java is cross-platform code and it uses own kind of 3d picturing technique.

I used to play runescape I got bored of it and gave 600k worht or stuff to my friend though. I had I level 60 but I quit because there is no hope to get realy good without paying. But now I am playing a realy good game completely free its at www.mapleglobal.com its sweet you should play. Also if anyone has any questions about it PM me. |

I've recently started playing WoW. Otherwise known as World of Warcraft. Shhh!, I'm playing on a free server. It's great though. Every detail of the game is so thoroughly thought out and polished. The free server does have some bugs, but in general it's awesome. Not as populated with players though. Right now I'm a level 22 Horde Warrior!
I could see it likened to Runescape. Although in my opinion it's an insult to WoW to even compare the two...

Is World of Warcraft a game where you fight and level up then get skill points to up skills or do you train skills and level them up. Also is it like Morrowind and does it have lots of skills or just a couple. I just want to know about the game before I played because I spent to much time starting to play boring games. Thanks.

I played Runescape for a few days and got bored of it, only thing I liked was shearing sheep. But I have two friends who play it a lot and still like it. My favorite free game [possibly my favorite game] is America's Army. It was developed by the US army to try to get recruits, and you can download it at www.americasarmy.comBy the way, I don't think that they'll get many recruits - it's virtually impossible to go more than a few rounds without dying, and then you have to wait for the next round to start. Fun though. |
