Actually, they look like they contain basic pieces in quantity. And they look and are aged to be minifigure scale...
...these could be exciting.

The LEGO Group always makes sets to the 7 and 8 years old. And why make them on Nicktoon characters? LEGO is making a bad move.

LEGO has also decided making Avatar sets, all of which were revealed at the ToyFair.
I just wish they made Naruto LEGO...

I wonder if FBTB will have the same toyfair coverage they have had in other years. If there's one thing they do well, it's Toyfair. I hope Ace goes...
The sets themselves seem like they could have a lot of plain bricks, which is awesome. I think I'll wait for better pictures before deciding more thoroughly.
That big ship (fourth image) surprises me. It looks incredibly...basic. To the point where it is almost ugly. There seems to be few or no little details on the lower level. Could be great parts, though.

You guys have to understand, The majority of the people who use LEGO® are young kids. It only makes sense to make sets that are focused on them. However, I would like to see them release some AFOL sets for us more old and advanced builders. No, I don't like Spongebob but a lot of kids do.

The one with the massive Spongebob in it is cool. It looks simple, but well-done. The others don't appeal to me. Orange isn't really useful to me...and the other would have new brown stuff, mostly.
TPJ: They do. The Ultimate Collector Series is targeted towards the older crowd: I believe the ISD is rated for 16+. Technic is supposed to be older, and then mindstorms for a more teenaged group. Out of curiousity, how old are you now?

Assuming that his profile is not lying, TPJ is "17".

I am rather suprised how nice the new sets are. Lets see... 3825: A "Minifig" set which contains all the "main" characters. Since they are preliminary sets, many things can change. Still, I look forward to this set, since brown is a color that hasn't been used as a main color for long time. Plus the brown looks like to be the original brown, not reddish brown. 3826: I am not very sure WHAT this set is. It looks like playset where the other side is a doll and other side is a playgroud. The color is nice and I really like the multiple yellow parts the set has. 3827: I can't really say anything special about this set other than... ORANGE! -Q

Well I have to say that decals on the minifigs could be useful. but the heads......YUCK! Set 3827 is is a little use to me. The only thing I like is The Snail (Gary). Nice desing on the Burgers on set #3825.

Nice desing on the Burgers on set #3825. You mean Krabby Patties. I highly doubt I will get any of these sets for myself.

One thing I really want are those trans-purple chef hats. I think they're supposed to be jellyfish. They look awesome. I could use them for some alien species or soemthing. I could also use Squidward's head for aliens. And YES! TEAL MINI-FIG PARTS! And the design for the snail is brilliant. Are those teal cherries use for the eye stalks? Brilliance.

Lego Makes Up Its Own Themes Most Of The Time, Like City And Orient Expedition. They Should Keep Doing That.

They are continuing doing htat, but along the way, why not pick up some licenses to shows that most young children love?
BTW, welcome to the board.
