Meh. Bley versus dark red. And even all the dark red pieces aren't very useful to me, except the 2x2 round tile. The wedgeplates I already have over a couple hundred of each side in dark red, I don't really need more at this time. The red slopes are cool.
It's full of bley. And the model is pretty awful looking, in my opinion. But, it's a very good price, so it's as much as can be expected.
If it was built in proper colours, I'd buy 5 for parts. Hear that LEGO?! *shakes fist at Denmark*

I need to visit other LEGO websites more often or I'll be missing out on so much news.
This model is pretty neat. The bley and the dark red makes for a perfect addition to my blasphemous bley collection.

I, like Nannan, should be burnt at a stake. I am trying to get bley parts (Jail screams, "Stone him!"). So this set will be useful. It's going to be something like $19.99, right? If it is I will most likely get it for 25% off or something like that.

The price point is:
9.99 USD 14.99 CAD
well it should be 14.99 CAD since the CSW was set at the same prices..

I'm going to get 2 off S@H (the only place I'll be able to buy from university).

Yeah, I too have been watching the lameness of the "teasers" at FBTB...
...the very same place that used to have members who got after people for posting MOC teasers.
For $10 US, it's a great deal, if you like bley. Also, if you light dark red I suppose - It's just that the main dark red pieces in it I already have in sufficient amounts. That leaves the figure...and I'm just not into SW much anymore - Heck, I haven't even seen EpIII yet.
This set is quite incredibly priced, the more I think about it. Seriously, if it was old grey I would buy in multiples, possibly even at full price.

$10, I'm in. If you look closely, you can even see a crimson astromech droid.

...you can even see a crimson astromech droid. Yes. Resting on slopes. Which, I'm sure means no body...unless they include an extra body in the set, which I find doubtful for an already cheap set. I don't see the usefulness of a (printed) droid head, in a colour that doesn't match any other body. -Jail.

I agree with Jail, what's the droid head useful for? I would have rather liked it not painted. And in case your wondering there is not a body.
Paddy, why can you only buy LEGO at S@H?
Edit: Another piece that will be useful is the canopy. I'm trying to get a good number of those pieces.

Because there's no toy store in San Luis Obispo.
Well, there is Tom's Toys, but they're overpriced... since they're the only store that carries LEGO... they stick an extra 5-10% on the prices, IIRC. Like $50 sets for $55, $100 sets for $110+, $10 sets for $13

Yup, that's lame. Are we supposed to be exited about that picture? It looks like that game on MSN. Is it just me or is FBTB's skin messed up? Paddy, don't you have a Target or Walmart?

San Luis Obispo is a college town. There is nothing in a 30 mile radius.

Meh, I think it would only look good in a republic fleet, or in my parts bins.
