What is that magasine? Looks very un-TLC like. Anyway, insectoids are thought to be one of the worst (some call them the worst) LEGO Space themes. I, myself, haven't got any of those sets and the bricks are bit odd for my taste. One part legs are not very good and 'figs weren't great either..
Edit# meh.. now it is TLC not TCL ^^

TCL = Someone should proofread their posts. TLC = The LEGO Company. About the magazine - It's the LEGO Mania Magazine. Now it's just called the LEGO Magazine, having dropped "Mania" from the title. The magazine used to be a lot of fun, but new issues are pretty lame. They claimed to be adding more content and making the issues larger when they dropped "Mania" from the name - Yet now the issues are skinnier than ever. The magazines usually featured a variety of things: -A featured theme, including information on each set. -A comic or two, usually quite entertaining. -Building instructions for a model made from pieces from a few specific sets. -Sometimes contests, or coupons. -Sometimes exclusive set offers, or just a few featured sets you can order in the back. -A creations page of people who have mailed in pictures of their creations. -Puzzles/Searches throughout the magazine. Usually a little symbol or figure from the theme featured, randomly hidden throughout the magazine. My oldest magazine is from a type called "Innovations": I think I might have another Innovations magazine somewhere... -John "J1A3L5" Langrish.

Hah, I have some old mags in my box.... I can't remember the name, but it was something like "brick kicks." I also have that issue of the magazine (insectoids). I thought they were pretty good... not as good as UFO. '97 was the year of dreams... Divers, UFO, Outback.... as well as the remnants of the pre-juniorization days.

Eww, UFO. Sure, Outback was pretty cool, as was Divers. But UFO...ewww. Though fibreoptics are cool...I don't own any. -John "J1A3L5" Langrish.

My brother was a big fan of fright knights. And I like UFO. It gave me lots of fancy shiny pieces
