The Walther PPK dates back to 1929 and was the world's second successful double-action handgun, the first being its larger predecessor the Walther PP. Popular with police forces for its ability to be carried safely, yet quickly brought into action, its name stands for Poliezi Pistole Kurz, or, "police pistol, short". Available in 6,35mm, 7,35mm, and 9mm Short, it was not a particularly powerful weapon and thus the barrel did not need to be locked firmly to the slide as in some more powerful designs [you can read about one of those actions on the MOCpage of my SIG 228, which is also posted in this section of the forum]. This type of action is called blowback, and the good accuracy of the Walther PP and PPK is often attributed to the fact that the barrel does not move as it does in a locked design. I'll have more info when I put it on MOCpages, right now I don't feel like typing more. Here are some pics of my own. Notice that the frame is two studs wide, the slide three, and the barrel and trigger guard one. The little curve at the front end of the bottom of the grip is a small magazine extension, which was added to some magazines on the actual PPK to give a larger grip area:

I have finally got around to reviewing this.
You still have a small amount of blockyness in this. But it seems to be less and less each MOC. Good job. Also, good job on taking the pictures. Black is hard to photograph, but you seem to have done well here.
