Hey all, Is there a set that is a good source of black bricks? I did get 100 4x2 bricks but it cost me $30 . So I wonder if there's a better way to do it. [Jamit}======

Pick-A-Brick. For 90 bucks (US) I got not only 550+ (grey) 2x4's, but also a whole bunch of other parts. The grey was probably only half, maybe just over. So, say you could get about 1000 for 100 bucks, US. Probably more. Of course, that's spending (literally) hours packing them in to maximize what you get. I'm also sure you could get more than 1000, too. Positive. Probably quite a lot more. So let's say, at minimum that's 100 bricks for 10 bucks. Seeing as the ( large) containers cost $12, you'd be getting a bit more. I believe you can easily fit upwards of 125 bricks in one container, plus smaller elements (in my case 1xn slopes and new-style steering wheels,) around the bricks. That's probably the cheapest way I know of. Well, depending upon the quantity. How many of these things do you want? Bricklink prices are probably fairly cheap, as black bricks aren't exactly popular. You'd just have to be careful to make sure they were good-condition bricks that aren't all scratched up. -John "I love Pick-A-Brick" Langrish.
