They're pretty cool, but nothing to write home about. The MP40 design I've definitely seen before, though the sniper is a cool idea I guess. No modified parts are good.
Futhermore, it takes a lot to make a virtual model "pwn" a real-life model...

The Panzerschreck is alright, but the MP40 and Kar98 aren't that great, IMO.
MP40 looks too bulky based on what I've seen of it. The scope on the kar98 is ginormous. I would just go for the regular rifle rather than adding a massive scope like that.
