What 2x2 tile's on the top? It looks like a E pattern on it, but it's a bit too fuzzy to identify. Where'd it come from?

it's an E i believe. annyway. nice MOC. maybe to smal? or is it an scout? i realy like the whitenes off the plane. and oowh. one thing i miss is the blue. i thought it was an earth vehicle?
