that looks awesome. i only saw one pic of a v-wing before so i dont know if it accurate but i think this looks nice.

Althought the overall shape is good, the colors seem bit too random for me. Weaponry could also do some work.

He was trying to make the V-Wing Airspeeder from the old Rouge Sqaudron game for the N64 and PC.
Anyway, The V-Wing has virtually no nose at all, and the wings are about twice as wide. It doesn't really have cannons that big, and thy weren't on top of the wings either. It was mostly a bomber, after all.
