I'll admit this, I haven't updated the ship much since I first finished about a month or two ago. I fixed some stability problems, but that's about it. No real cosmetic changes, except slightly improved color scheme.
Anyway, the Kongamato, where do I begin? Well, it's the tallest spacecraft I've built in a long time, and also I've been envisioning the design ever since the CrabBlasterX Prototype about 2 years ago. I think this is severely different from this. But I'll let you decide. This ship, was also inspired by a ship a friend of mine built a few years back as well, when I built the older Crab Blaster. The ship is basically your typical Millenium Falcon-scenario schip where a group of friends stay on one ship. However, this craft can seperate into two parts. The bottom half serves as the landing craft and research vehicle, while the top portion is more oriented toward combat and docking with stations.
I also wanted my ship to be in my favorite color LEGO color scheme ever, grey and sand blue. I admit that the sides culd use some more greeblies, and there needs to be another way for the gunner to get to the rest of the ship.
I currently don't have all the pis yet, but I should have more pics up later today (It's 1:58 AM where I am, yawn). I'll also be showing the crew of the ship and pics of how the seperation feature works, as well as the interior pics.
I'll write up a backstory later, but here's some pics that should keep you interested for a while:

Gallery, for the various times it will be public, which will be off and on.
Comments? Feedback? Death threats?
