The design's cool, and I like the concept behind the windshield, even if I'm not a fan.
However, I don't think the studless and studded areas meld together very well. The model doesn't look very cohesive to me; instead it is fairly chaotic to look at.
It's a pretty good idea, but I think it needs some refinement. I think the black is part of the problem, it seems fairly sparse and random.

People like to make mocs when they're bored; therefore I will not go into detail on making changes to his one.
The windshield configuration is very innovative, but the cockpit is too small for the pilot to sit upright. The SNOTage is well executed, but the twin inverted slopes in the front makes the ship clumsy.
I applaud your efforts to use bley, but not in conjunction with gray (that's just wrong). You tried to use greebles on the sides, but it didn't come out right. When you can't get something to turn out well, get rid of it.

It could be much better. However, it is very good if you just made it because you had nothing to do.
It is (like Jail said) very random. If you add a stronger color scheme then this would be almost perfect (well not quite, but close).
