Since most of our members come from Canada and Finland, I start this thread. The curling final is coming as I type this thing, the sate after fifth end is 4-3 for Canada. But I have hopes for Finnish team. Uusipaavalniemi is a great stone-thrower.

Take that! Well, Newfoundland is all excited. Their education minister gave them the schoolday off just so they could watch the game. Good thing it was worth it! -Jail.

Now if only there could have been a post named "Canada v Finland - Hockey Finals!". When watching the curling match, my sister asked what language Finns speak. I said Finnish or Russian, was I right?

I watched curling first time and also got the idea about the rules. Very interesting game. With ice-hockey my favorite in Torino.

With ice-hockey my favorite in Torino. Yes, the Hockey was great this time. That last minute of the gold game was amazing.

Grrr... You don't need to fresh THAT match. Sweden beats us always in the final, I just don't know why...
