Hi Its is warm here in New York and I was wondering,Does everyone in the north feel warm in the middle of January? I was out today in a T-shirt. And I did not need a jacket.

Warm? Welcome to Arizona. It was 70 degrees Farenheit outide today. Perfect. It is always like that, except in the mornings, in Phoenix. In the mornings, the lowest I've seen it get here is 32 degrees Farenheit.
I wouldn't say warm, you can talk to me about warm when it gets to 110 Farenheit.

Here in Texas, contrarly to popular beliefs, it actually gets cold here! As a matter as a fact we get snow sometimes! Usually the temperature is around 36 F at night and gets slightly warmer to about the 60s during the day.
