Hmm.. I am belief that every LEGO fan should know what the Peeron is. I am even registered there (along with John (Jails)) and I keep going there regularly. Bit of more info for you, Tingo: Peeron is place that is more devoted to the parts, not the sets. It is also oldest set category there is but not only. Other sites are LUGNET Guide and Brickset. I like the Brickset more, since it is faster. Peeron I use for searching parts and looking my own part collection. Oh, just out of the interest, here is my Peeron status: Add another 1000 and that sounds correct.

Yeah, but chances are that you aren't familiar with other set catalogues. Just wanted to give links that might be useful.
What you mean by: "Useful for checking your Lego sets, How do you do that? With the parts." ?

Yes, peeron is great. I use it linked to my LUGNET account, so it auto-updates, and often use it in conjunction with Bricklink.
You can't be without it.
