Hmm, now there is an idea. It doesn't have to be a new MOC?
Hmmm...Gate or Corner Tower? I guess you're right with the gate, it's for more...more of something. Action I suppose.

For the contest, any moc will do (old or new, big or small). There is no deadline untill I belive there are sufficient entries in each category. Town and castle are coming along well. Space is not too late either. We need more in the "others" category.

Okay, cool. Mine would fall into the "Other" category. It's just...It is going to take a long time. (For example, tonight I discovered I need to rebuild part of it that contains about 600 parts, to shift it all over one stud)

Yes. Not just because I hate rebuilding, but this specific part is all 1x2's. Just 1x2's. Just plain grey 1x2's. You have to grasp how boring that is, realigning each one, to truly understand.

each one? you can't just carefully detach the whole chunk? or are they specially arranged?
EDIT: Oh yeah, Town MOC coming soon... Also, if I make a stylized version of a SW vehicle (like, cartoony) would that go under "other?"

They're arranged in a curve shape, with my "obessive compulsive attention to brick spacing" coming into play. Next time I see you on msn, talk to me, and I'll send you a pic. But shhh!

How's y'all's mocs coming? Do I need to close the submissions or do y'all want me to wait longer for your mocs-in-progess?

Oh great, end of april...I have a term paper due soon, but ill try to get the old diner done. Is it a problem if its in rendery type legos; i dont have many available real bricks since the town has grown much bigger... thats it, the town...ok, should i enter this really perfect and awesome diner into the competition (it also has these two awesome cars I made: www.mocpages.com/moc.php/8629 and www.mocpages.com/moc.php/8628 ) or should I enter my 4' by 6' lego city. The city is VERY unfinished, and it has some random bricks lying about all over it, and most of the vehicles there are in two or more pieces...hold on for like a day or so, ill post the city under the town mocs so that you get an idea of what it looks like... Bye guys, and sorry for rambling on for so long, —Nico

I've got an IDEA for a town MOC, but not much farther than that. And I'm having a tough time about choosing my Space MOC (I am a Space person, afterall). I am trying to choose between my Longsword Interceptor and Pelican Dropship. Oh, can we submit something town-like, only, slightly more futuristic. Like a Civilian Warthog, maybe.
