Oh man, Pokemon. Pretty fun card game. Still have them stashed in my room somewhere. They led me to Young Jedi and SWCCG.... and then Decipher lost the contract to Wizards, and I left. WOTC = evil.

The show and the popularity? meh. But the card game was a fun thing.
